Product Proess
Step 1: Raw Material Selection and Preparation
We use food-grade virgin wood pulp raw materials ensure that our production process is eco-friendly. Depending on custom requirements, the paper's basis weight can be adjusted
Step 2: Paper Processing and Coating Treatment
A food-grade grease-resistant material is applied to the paper's surface. Common materials include PE or silicone oil (via siliconization). Then the coated paper is passed through a series of smooth rollers. This process significantly improves the paper's smoothness, density, and uniformity, leading to more stable grease resistance and providing an excellent base for high-quality printing.
Step 3: Printing and Die-cutting (Customization Process)
We support CMYK or spot color printing for brand logos with food-grade inks. And then cut according to client size requirements.
Step 4: Packaging
