Product Introduction
The paper soup containers/ buckets are made of food-grade paperboard with a PE/PLA/water-based coating, safe for hot soup, porridge, and other food contact. They feature good leak resistance, heat insulation, and environmental protection, suitable for takeaway, breakfast shops, catering, and events. Custom printing and sizes are available according to customer requirements.

Product Proess
Raw Material Preparation
We use high-quality raw materials ensure that our production process is eco-friendly.
Materials include food grade kraft paper, white paper, bamboo paper etc. And PE,PLA or water-based coated single side or double sides.
Printing Instructions
1. Printing Method
Flexo graphic Printing is recommended for mass production. It ensures high efficiency and sharp, consistent images.
Offset Printing is available for high-end, detailed designs with large color gamuts.
2. Ink Standard
Only food-safe water-based inks are permitted. These inks are non-toxic, odorless, and meet international food contact safety regulations (such as FDA and EU food contact standards). Solvent-based inks are strictly prohibited.
3. Surface Treatment
The paper wall of the bucket is coated with a food-safe PE/PLA/water-based coating. This treatment provides excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, and leak prevention, ensuring compatibility with hot soups and stews.
4. Color & Design Requirements
- Color Matching: All colors will according to the customer-provided design file (e.g., PDF, AI, or EPS format).
- Color System: We primarily use the Pantone (PMS) color system for precise color reproduction. Please provide the specific PMS number for each color.
- Quality Control: The final printed colors shall be visually close to the Pantone color.
5. Quality Assurance
All printed products undergo a strict inspection process. The criteria include:
- Uniform ink coverage.
- Clear and legible text and logos.
- No mechanical damage to the print surface.
Sample Policy
A small quantity of in-stock samples can be provided free of charge, but the customer must bear the freight cost.
Customized samples are available, but sample fee will apply. Please consult our sales representative for the exact cost.
