Product proess and samples
At Wuhan Green treasure, we ensure cup meets high-quality standards through a controlled production process,We source high-quality, food-grade paper rolls to ensure product safety and printability.
2.Printing:
Utilizing advanced flexographic printing technology, we apply custom designs, logos, and colors with precision and vibrant results. such as :Embossing, UV Coating, Gold Foil, Offset printing / Flexo printing
3.Die Cutting:
The printed paper rolls are precisely cut into cup sidewall blanks and bottom parts using automated die-cutting machines.
4.Molding:
The flat blanks are fed into high-speed cup-forming machines, where they are rolled, the bottom is sealed, and the rim is curled. Heat and pressure ensure a strong, leak-proof seal.
5.Packaging:
Finished cups are counted, stacked, and packed into poly bags and master cartons to ensure hygiene and protect during transit.
6.Storage:
Packed goods are stored in a clean, dry warehouse before shipping.
