1.Raw Material Preparation
We utilize high-quality, food-grade raw materials-including kraft paper, white paper, and bamboo paper-to ensure an environmentally sustainable production process. Material selection is determined by end-use requirements, and surfaces are selectively coated or lining with one or both sides-with eco-conscious alternatives such as (PE) (PLA), or ( Anqueous)water-based coated papers.

 

2.Printing Instructions

Printing Method with Flexo graphic Printing is recommended for mass production. Only food-safe water-based inks are permitted. These inks are non-toxic, odorless, and meet international food contact safety regulations (such as FDA and EU food contact standards). Solvent-based inks are strictly prohibited.

3.Die Cutting

The paper is precisely cut into the shape of a noodle cup using our state-of-the-art die-cutting machines.

 

4.Molding

The flat paper is then molded into its three-dimensional form.
Heat and pressure are applied to shape the paper into a cup.

 

5.Packaging & Storage

After inspected and packed, the goods are put into storage of warehouse. Packed goods are stored in a clean, dry warehouse before shipping.
