Product Proess
1. Raw Material Preparation
We use high-quality raw materials ensure that our production process is eco-friendly.
Materials include food grade kraft paper, white paper, bamboo paper etc. And PE,PLA or water-based coated single side or double sides.
2. Printing Instructions
Flexo graphic Printing is recommended for mass production. It ensures high efficiency and sharp, consistent images.
Offset Printing is available for high-end, detailed designs with large color gamuts.
These inks are non-toxic, odorless, and meet international food contact safety regulations (such as FDA and EU food contact standards). Solvent-based inks are strictly prohibited.
All colors will according to the customer-provided design file (e.g., PDF, AI, or EPS format).
3. Die Cutting
The paper is precisely cut into the shape of a cup using our state-of-the-art die-cutting machines.
4.Molding
The flat paper is then molded into its three-dimensional form.
Heat and pressure are applied to shape the paper into a cup.
5. Packaging &Inspection
After all products undergo a strict inspection process. The finished containers are stacked, and packed into poly bags and master cartons to ensure hygiene and protect during transit.
6. Storage &Delivery
Packed goods are stored in a clean dry warehouse before shipping.
