Q: How do I purchase your goods?
A: Please send us enquirie or email us, and you can give us a call to tell us your needs, we'll reply you ASAP.
Q: What should I provide if I want my own packaging or printing?
A: Usually you can provide us the artwork in PDF or AI.files, we will put in a layout or 3D drawing of the packaging or design.
The other method is you can send us your sample packaging for us to copy.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Usually it takes around 3-4 weeks, Plastic type will be finished in 20days , but for the other paper items like bowls,cups,boxes products, it may take as long as25-30days).
Q: How can I get a sample from you?
A: If our sock normal type products,we offer the samples freely ( FOC.) But if you need your own design, sampling cost will be charged, plus the courier freight needs to be collected from you. The samples sent through Fedex , UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.
Q: If I need open a total new size or your brands ?
A: We need to make new mould for your own size, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required.
We would suggest you can consider and use our similar mould size existed.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance upon shipment.copy BL loading on boat.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T. Western Union is also acceptable.
Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, either you or ur company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery.
Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For samples we usually deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
For small quantity, 3-100 carton ,we advise to deliver by our courier DDU or DDP to your address
We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder(FOB price). or quote you CIF price to confirm.
